Micro1 is partnering with established businesses to help train and evaluate next-generation AI systems using real-world operational knowledge, workflows and business expertise.

The programme is looking for companies with 30–200 employees, mature and well-documented processes, and meaningful operational data. Relevant information can include SOPs and playbooks, knowledge bases, process documentation, project workflows, internal communications, CRM and workflow metadata, templates and task execution histories.

Selected companies can receive significant compensation, with potential value determined by factors including data volume, workflow complexity, uniqueness, data quality and domain expertise.

Data is handled under contractual protections. Micro1 states that sensitive and confidential information is scrubbed, customer information is not exposed, companies retain ownership of their underlying data, and original datasets are deleted after processing.
